  • Who is eligible to submit referrals through the Tebra Practice Growth Referral Rewards Program?

    Any healthcare practice employee in the United States that is a Tebra Practice Growth customer can submit a referral, provided they are not an employee or family member of the referred company. (For instance, Sam Smith, an employee at ABC Medical, cannot refer Joe Smith, also an employee at ABC Medical, and receive Referral Rewards). Referrals must be submitted through the form to be eligible for credit.

  • How many referrals can I send to Tebra?

    Keep sending as many referrals as you like! There’s no limit to the number of referrals you can submit. Credit for referral submissions alone will be capped at $500 and must be from separate practices to be eligible.

  • How can I check the status of a referral?

    You will receive email updates regarding the status of your referrals as they move through the Tebra sales and implementation process.

  • How long do I have to wait for my Tebra Rewards?

    Payment is issued once the practices or companies that you refer launch their PatientPop platform and PatientPop receives payment from them.

  • What if I am eligible to receive credit but paid for the year of Tebra Practice Growth up front?

    If your annual contract renewal date is within 6 months of your referral’s launch date, you will be credited on your next yearly payment. If your renewal date is not within 6 months, you will receive your credit in the form of a refund.

  • What if my referral is already in contact with the Tebra sales team?

    Qualifying referrals must be an introduction to an account that is not actively engaged with the Tebra sales team.

  • Do I need to know the person I am referring to Tebra?

    While it’s not a requirement, we highly recommend you only provide referrals for healthcare professionals whom you know. As a best practice, you may also want to take an extra step and receive consent from referrals to submit their contact information. *Referrals must be from separate private healthcare practices to qualify for individual rewards.
